Neil has 25 years of broad experience in HR & Talent management. He is an ICF accredited transformational coach and change leader who has worked in local and global organisations of all sizes across a wide array of sectors.

Ezgi managed banking relations across hundreds of banks ranging from the USA, China, Russia to Africa during her tenure at Yapikredi Bank for six years.
